- Description
- The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) has a requirement for a contract to provide technical, publication, communication (internal, external, hard copy, electronic, video and web-based), marketing and outreach support for the FHWA's Local Technical Assistance Program (LTAP) and Tribal Technical Assistance Program (TTAP), collectively known as LTAP/TTAP. The Contractor shall act as a program communications, marketing and technical assistance resource for the 51 LTAP and 7 TTAP Centers nationwide. The primary deliverable of this contract is the "LTAP/TTAP Clearinghouse (Clearinghouse)" that includes a Web-site ( www.ltap.org ) and web-enabled tools such as a database of available technical resources, web conferencing tools, and knowledge management applications available to the LTAP/TTAP Centers. The Contractor shall be responsible for operating the Clearinghouse between 8 am and 6 pm, Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, with the exception of Federal Government holidays. The Contractor shall ensure that the program Web-site and office communications tools are available 24 hours per day. This requirement is full and open competition pursuant to NAICS code 541611 with a small business size standard is $7,000,000. The solicitation, all related documents and amendments, if any, will only be released and available electronically through the FedBizOpps posting system at http://www.Fedbizopps.gov under the Vendors option followed by selection of the Department of Transportation (DOT) center. As such, no written, telephonic, facsimile or email requests for the solicitation package will be honored. Interested parties can register at the aforementioned site to receive procurement announcements by email. Since this solicitation will only be available electronically, it is solely the responsibility of interested parties to monitor the FedBizOpps website for any solicitation amendments. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit an offer. ATTENTION: Minority, Women-owned, and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises. The Department of Transportation, Short-Term Lending Program offers working capital financing in the form of revolving lines of credit to finance accounts receivable arising from transportation related contracts.
