Identify requirements that account for a high percentage of total cost or are unduly restrictive. c. Identify techniques or methods that would result in delivery of better service or quicker delivery. d. Identify any new technology approaches or techniques appropriate for the procurement described in the draft PWS that would result in a better performing contract or in cost savings to either party. Responses to the Questionnaire are encouraged from all interested parties. You are advised that providing responses to the questions will not automatically include you in the acquisition process for this solicitation.
