Any buildings not previously submitted for consideration must express interest in writing no later than April 21, 2011 and should include all of the required information from the prior advertisement. ****************************************************************************************************** State: Delaware City: Dover Delineated Area: Modification to: City Limits of Dover, DE Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 10,638 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 11,169 Space Type: Office with some special use space Parking Spaces (Total): 14 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 14 secured, reserved Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: 5 years Additional Requirements: •1) Offered space must be contiguous, located on a single floor. •2) Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the SFO. •3) The occupying agency is a law enforcement agency with security requirements which will require the installation of higher level security equipment within the leased space. •4) The proposed lease space shall be fully serviced.
