- Description
- Repair: This will be a firm fixed price contract for depot level repair and sustainment of the Lighting Control Unit, applicable to the C-130H aircraft. NSN: 6220-01-433-5281, P/N: 5356000-001 and P/N: 697890-1, Noun: Lighting Control Unit (LCU). This requirements type contract will include a basic plus four annual options. The quantity for the Basic is a Best Estimated Quantity (BEQ) of 40, A Beyond Economical Repair (BER) of 2, Option 1 is a BEQ of 30, A BER of 2, Option 2 is a BEQ of 30, A BER of 2, Option 3 is a BEQ of 20, A BER of 2 and Option 4 is a BEQ of 20, A BER of 2. The proposed contract action is sole source to SCI Technology, INC, (2J622) 13000 S Memorial Pkwy, Huntsville, AL 35803. Authority 10 U.S.C. 2304 © (1). Only one or a limited number of Responsible Sources, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The buyer is David B.
