- Expression of Interest Sought # - HSTS07-11-L-00046 The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in College Park, Georgia, that will be expiring August 4, 2011. REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Government requires office and related space yielding a minimum of 30,000 and a maximum of 36,000 ANSI/BOMA square feet of existing office space and 25 reserved parking spaces for occupancy in College, Georgia. LEASE TERM: Ten (10) years with full termination rights by the Government after the fifth full year of occupancy. DELINEATED AREA: 5 mile radius of the Atlanta International Airport. WRITTEN EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: Building Name and Address, Rentable and Usable Square Footage, Rental rate, Common Area Factor, Building Floor plans and Standard Tenant Improvements (TI) offered. CCR Requirement – Lessor/company must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) before an award can be made. If the lessor/company is not currently registered in CCR, they may do so by going to the CCR web site at http://ccr.gov. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
