Description

SLAC seeks vendors that can provide the following Phasic Brand Name or Equal: 1 Each of Phasics SID4 Wave Front Sensor for laser beam charaterization with software development kit and beamview option. The wave front sensor should use the licensed and patented 4-wave lateral shearing interferometry technique based on the modified Hartmann Mask Diffractive Optics. The sensor should come with a "beamview" option and a software development kit (SDK). Technical Specifications: * wavelength range = 350nm to 1100nm * spatial resolution = 29.6um * phase and intensity sampling = 160 x 120 points * accuracy = 10nm rms in absolute / 3nm rms relative * numerical aperture = 0.1NA f/5 Suggested model form PHASICS: SID4 with SID4 Software Development Kit (SDK).
