- Description
- This is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside source selection procurement with the intent to award in the order of five indefinite delivery indefinite quantity type multiple award construction contracts for general construction services at various locations on Guam and outlying islands. The contract term will be a base period and two option periods. The guaranteed minimum is $10K for the base period only. The aggregate contract amount is the combined total of all awarded contracts for each respective period. The aggregate contract amount is estimated at $10M for each period with a contract maximum of $30M. Award will be made to the responsible offerors whose proposals represent the best value to the Government from a technical and price standpoint. After award of the initial contracts, the awardees will compete for task orders based on either best value or lowest price technically acceptable to the Government. The North American Industry Classification System code is 236220 “ Commercial and Institutional Building Construction with a size standard of $33.5M for this solicitation. Offerors can view and download the solicitation at https://www.neco.navy.mil when it becomes available on or about 15 April 2011. A pre-proposal conference is scheduled for Wednesday, 27 April 2011, at 0900 hours at NAVFAC Marianas, Building 102, Room 3, U.S. Naval Base Guam. Requests for base access to attend the pre-proposal conference must be sent using the attached Base Access Request form to Aileen S. Aguon at Aileen.Aguon@fe.navy.mil. All requests for base access must be submitted by close of business 18 April 2011, Guam time. The due date for receipt of proposals is approximately 30 calendar days from the date of issuance of the solicitation. All interested offerors shall register at the website.
