Description

Attachment contains the liste of applicable NSNs and the quantity information, weapon system, and delivery information This solicitation is for a 5 Year Indefinite Quantity Contract. There are 25 National Stock Numbers that apply to this procurement. All of the NSNs have only one approved source listed as TELAIR (98889). This procurement is being solicited as Unrestricted using the procedures of Other Than Full & Open Competition in accordance with 10 USC 2304(c)(1). The solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year and 4 option years. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The anticipated solicitation open date is 4/26/2011. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited on the Request for Proposal. From the DIBBS homepage, select "Requests for Proposal (RFP)/ Invitation for BID (IFB)" from the menu under the tab "Solicitations". Then search for and choose the RFP you wish to download.
