Description

Revised Statement of Work dated 4 April 2011 Amendment 0004 This amendment adds a revised statement of work dated 11 April 2011 for the Industrial Radiography (X-Ray) System as well as Questions and Answers on this procurement. Each offer should consider this opportunity to amend your proposal or provide a new proposal to provide the Goverment with the lowest priced technically acceptable machine to meet the minimum requirements in the revised SOW. Please sign and return the attached solicitation amendment 0004 to acknowledge the revised SOW which changes the minimum requirements of this radiography (X-Ray) system. DEADLINE FOR NEW RFQ RESPONSE DATE : 18 APRIL/1200 NOON Central Standard Time. NOTE: ALL RFQ RESPONSES MUST INCLUDE THE SF FORM 1449, THE SIGNED AMENDMENT 0004 TO SHOW ACCEPTANCE AND RESPONSIVENESS ON THE REVISED SOW DATED 14 APRIL 2011, AND PRODUCT SPECIFICATION SHEETS.
