Description

This is not a solicitation. This proposed contract action is for commercial supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 8.405-6(b)(1). The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Norfolk Contracting, Philadelphia Office (FISCN) intends to negotiate a firm fixed price task order, on a brand name sole source basis, with Government Retirement & Benefits, Inc. (GRB) for a 12-month subscription to GRB Assist 2011, to be used by the Office of Civilian Human Resources for official business. The applicable North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 511210. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive quotes. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. All eligible sources may email responses to Shannon Mitchell at: Shannon.Mitchell@navy.mil no later than 1500 EST on 15 April 2011.
