- ESC/HNAK is Requisting Information for possible sources for a "C" level Continuous Airwothiness Maintenance Plan (CAMP) inspection of a Bombardier BD-700-1A10 Global Express Aircraft S/N 9001. The inspection will include the "2C", "4C" and "8C" inspections as well as landing gear in accordance with the aircraft manufacturer published maintenance bulletins and the Flight Test Vehicle Maintenance Plan. The inspection will include an estimate of cost for deviations not included in the basic inspection work package. The BD-700-1A10 S/N 9001 aircraft is the first aircraft manufacured in the series and has unique design features compared with the subsequent production versions. Potential sources must demonstrate the capability to secure Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) engineering support during the inspection. Responsible sources may submit unclassified responses to this Request for Information by e-mail to Mr. Walter Ronten at walter.ronten@hanscom.af.mil. Responses shall consist of no more than two pages and include the following: Company Name Address Point of Contract with phone number and e-mail address WebPage URL (if any) Size of business - (NAICS Code 488190 small business size standard of < $7m annual sales) Small Business Classification (if any) Company Ownership - Domestic or Foreign (if foreign, indicate country of ownership) Describe briefly your experience and capability for performing CAMP inspections for Bombardier manufactured aircraft. State the number and locations of facilities capable of this work. Describe your working relationship with the Original Equipment Manufacturer. Describe your usual contract terms and conditions for this work. Provide an assertion that you market and perform such services to the general public. Describe your usual lead times for scheduling services and usual time to complete this type of inspection. If possible, provide a rough order of magnitude (ROM) price estimate. Submit your response as per above directions only. No other communications will be considered. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this solicitation or to otherwise pay for the information solicited except as an allowable cost under other contracts as provided in subsection 31.205-18, Bid and Proposal Costs, of the Federal Acquisition Regulation. Although "proposal' and Offeror are used in theis Request for Information, your response will be treated as information only. It shall not be used as a proposal. This solicitation is issued for the purpose of market survey and acquisition strategy determination.
