Description
The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division, has a requirement for the development, test and evaluation of a Floating Area Network Littoral Sensor Grid (LSG) system. This requirement focuses on system integration, testing, demonstration and certification/qualification of the floating area LSG system. The solicitation for this requirement will be released in the Navy's Seaport-e web-based system on an unrestricted basis and will be available for full and open competition for contractor's having National Capital Zone 2 in their multiple award contract (MAC). It is anticipated that the solicitation N00024-11-R-3276 for this requirement will be released in the Navy ™s seaport-e system on or about 22 April 2011, with receipt of proposals due 30 days thereafter. All interested parties must be registered in the Navy ™s seaport-e web-based system and are required to obtain the solicitation, and submit all proposal information through the Navy ™s seaport-e system. Offers that are not submitted through the Navy ™s seaport-e system in response to the solicitation will not be considered. The period of performance for this requirement is 18 months from the award date of the resultant task order. Any resultant task order awarded as a result of the solicitation will have a cost plus fixed fee pricing arrangement.
