Description
Solicitation Westinghouse Anniston (WA) is soliciting cost proposals for a vendor to troubleshoot and repair HVC-FILT-102 as it is showing a Bypass SCR Trip fault. Multiple attempts by WA Maintenance and Engineering have been performed with no avail. WA Engineering is requesting a certified contractor to troubleshoot and restore 03-HVC-FILT-102 back to operational status. Note: The Adjustable Speed Drive System (ASDS) is a Robicon ID-PWM 454 Series. The subcontract number assigned to this solicitation is WA-FY11-AR-635 and must be added to the Description section of your liability insurance certificate. STATEMENT OF WORK Provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision required to perform the below scope. SCOPE OF WORK •§ Contractor is to provide field technical support yo visit the ANCDF site to troubleshoot and repair the Adjustable Speed AC Motor Drive for filter unit 03-HVC-FILT-102. •§ Contractor shall examine the ASDS, perform diagnostics, and perform duties top restore 03-HVC-FILT-102 to an operational status. •§ Contractor shall inspect the six spare ASDS cabinets at the warehouse and recommend any spare parts that can be used from the spares. •§ Contractor shall review the unit's parameters and adjust as necessary. After reparirs and adjustments has been completed, the unit shall be operated at a minimum of one hour. •§ Contractor shall give a verbal and written summary of all repairs made, the current status of the ASDS, how to maintain the ASDS, and the feasibility of using parts from spare cabinets. •§ ANCDF has a keypad display module available for troubleshooting. •§ ANCDF shall supply repair parts and ANCDF personnel shall install the part(s) under the contractor's direction under a maintenance work order as required. •§ ANCDF will supply Engineering support and an escort as needed. Background Information 03-HVC-ASDS-102 is the Adjustable Speed Drive System (ASDS) for filter 03-HVC-FILT-102.
