Figure 1: Volumetric envelope and coordinate system drawing for 3 Axis Stage. SLAC seeks vendors that can provide the following: Quantity 1 Each - 3 axis motorized stage, fully assembled and remotely controlled with the following specifications: a. Vacuum Compatible to 10-6 Torr b. Maximum Dimensions: See Figure 1 c. Minimum linear travel range X: ±5 mm d. Minimum linear travel range Y: ±20 mm e. Minimum linear travel range Z: ±5 mm f. Min. incremental motion X, Y, Z: 15 micrometers g. Minimum repeatability X, Y, Z: 15 micrometers h. Maximum velocity X, Y, Z: ≥ 0.5 mm/s i. Minimum load capacity: 6.8 kg j. Integrated end of travel limit switches k. Operating temperature: 20 - 25°C in vacuum l. Controller shall be included m. Controller Cable, in-vacuum: 2 meters n. Controller Cable in air: 14 meters SEE ATTACHED FIGURE 1 FOR DRAWING. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE.
