- Item: 0001NSN: 5920015373501IM Lightening Protection Surge ArrestorsP/N: 20-068-000, Description: Contractor shall supply the NSN in the appropriate quantityaccording to the delivery schedule.Supp. Description: Vendor boxes shall be marked "per each". Eachpackage needs to be wrapped individually. Each box needs to be labeledwith a minimum of the NSN and the PN.Quantity: 600.0000 EA Destn: 697349,OKLAHOMA CITY,OK,73169-6901. Delivery: *90 Calendar Days *ARO Contract, 600.00 Duration of Contract Period: 90 Days Electronic procedure will be used for this solicitation. One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to anAgreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in theUnited States by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. All offers shall bein the English language and in U.S. dollars. All interested suppliersmay submit an offer. Based upon market research, the Government is not using policiescontained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in itssolicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interestedparties may identify to the contracting officer their interest andcapability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercialitem within 15 days of this notice. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which theGovernment intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source underthe authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify theirinterest and capability to respond to the requirement or submitproposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitiveproposals. However, all proposals received within forty-five days(thirty days if award is issued under an existing basic orderingagreement) after date of publication of this synopsis, will beconsidered by the Government. A determination by the Government not tocompete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this noticeis solely within the discretion of the Government. Information receivedwill normally be considered solely for the purpose of determiningwhether to conduct a competitive procurement.
