Description
The selected Contractor shall furnish all labor, product, equipment, materials, and supervision for the demolition and installation associated with the Cab Window Replacement Project at Grant County International (MWH) Airport Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) located in Moses Lake, Washington. "Demolition" includes but is not limited to removing and disposing of the existing cracked window panel of the ATCT. "Installation" includes but is not limited to providing and installing a new window panel into the cab of the ATCT. Prior to "installation," all of the equipment and material shall be reviewed and accepted by a FAA representative. AWARD WILL BE MADE TO THE LOWEST PRICED, TECHNICALLY ACCEPTED VENDOR in ACCORDANCE WITH THE TIERED EVALUATION METHOD OF SOURCE SELECTION. (For more information, please see the Solicitation package.) In the event that you are an interested small business vendor, and require financing, please see below: This Notice is for informational purposes for Minority, Women-Owned and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises: The Department of Transportation (DOT), Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization, has a program to assist small businesses, small businesses owned and controlled by a socially and economically disadvantaged individuals, and women-owned concerns to acquire short-term working capital assistance for transportation-related contracts. Loans are available under the DOT Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at prime interest rates to provide accounts receivable financing. The maximum line of credit is $750,000.
