- GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Texas City: Laredo Delineated Area: Northern Boundary: From the intersection of Interstate 35 and Bob Bullock Loop (Route 20) in an eastbound direction and continue on Bob Bullock Loop (Route 20). Eastern Boundary: Bob Bullock Loop (Route 20) in a southbound direction to the intersection of Bob Bullock Loop (Route 20) and Highway 359. Southern Boundary: From the intersection of Bob Bullock Loop (Route 20) and Highway 359 in a westbound direction to the intersection of Highway 359 and Interstate 35. Western Boundary: From the intersection of Highway 359 and Interstate 35 in a northbound direction to the intersection of Interstate 35 and Bob Bullock Loop (Route 20) Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,600 USF Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,600 USF Space Type: Office Space Parking Spaces (Total): Eleven (11) Parking Spaces (Fenced): Eleven (11) Fenced-in parking spaces Full Term: 10 Years Firm Term: 5 Years Additional Requirements: -Offered space is requested on the second (2 nd ) floor or above; space may be provided on the first (1 st ) floor if it includes a secure entrance such as a vestibule in front of a dedicated, secure entrance to the offered space. -Offered space must be contiguous on one floor. -Offered space must have an efficient use of space. Offered space must meet Government requirements for Energy Star, Fire Safety, Accessibility, Seismic and Sustainability standards per the terms of the SFO.
