Synopsis/Solicitation W911KB-11-T-0011 Debris Hauling and Bailing Operations at Moose Creek Dam located in the vicinity of North Pole, Alaska THIS IS A PRESOLICITATION/SYNPOSIS Synopsis: CONTRACT INFORMATION: This is a pre-solicitation notice for solicitation W911KB-11-T-0011. The US Army Corps of Engineers intends to issue a Request for Quotes for purchase order to direct and perform bailing and hauling operations of trees and other debris which accumulates on the trash racks of the Moose Creek Dam located in the vicinity of North Pole, Alaska. The procurement will be a competitive acquisition restricted to firms eligible under the Small Business Set- aside. The resulting purchase order will be firm-fixed priced. All Offerors are advised that this project may be canceled or revised at any time during the solicitation and up to final award. All Offerors are advised that they must be registered in CCR and ORCA http://orca.bpn.gov. Section 8(a) joint ventures must be approved by the Small Business Administration and must be registered in CCR and ORCA as an 8(a) joint venture. We advise contractors to begin this process when they prepare their proposal in order to ensure this registration is in place should they be selected for the award. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an Offeror ineligible for award, (Reference DFAR 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration).
