- Description
- The USDA Forest Service Incident Support Branch in Boise, ID will be soliciting quotes from qualified vendors to provide fully operated and maintained light fixed wing aircraft services on a Call When Needed (CWN) basis for use in administration and protection of Public Lands in Region 9 (Eastern Region). Resultant Basic Ordering Agreements (BOA) will be issued as Firm Fixed Price Agreements with Economic Price Adjustment for fuel variations, with multiple awards and pricing in 12 month increments, not to exceed a total of four years. The aircraft furnished may be used for wildland fire detection and other fire support, natural resource management projects, law enforcement and administrative flights. The period of performance target start date is 1 June 2011. NAICS: 481212. Size Standard is 1500 employees. This solicitation will be advertised as a total small business set aside and is limited to vendors located in the Eastern Region (Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, West Virginia, and Wisconsin). The solicitation will only be available electronically at the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website. The solicitation will be issued via FBO on or about April 15, 2011. Any amendments to this solicitation will also be available at the website. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments. Please see solicitation for additional details. This solicitation will replace the recently cancelled solicitation (AG-56A1-S-11-0003).
