Description

"Information Only": The Central Texas Veterans Health Care System (CTVHSC) Contracting Office (90C) anticipates awarding Firm Fixed Price construction contract for the Emergency Correct Condensate Steam Building 1, Project No. 674A4-09-243, located at the VA Medical Center, 4800 Memorial Drive, Building 1, Waco, Texas. Project work is necessary to correct replace and update steam lines and equipment at the steam entrance to the building. Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including but not limited to; provide all necessary supervision, labor, equipment, materials for select demolition, perform work for demolition of existing water, steam, waste water and sprinkler systems, and installation of new systems throughout Building 1. The method of procurement shall be a Invitation for Bid (IFB) in accordance with Parts 14 and 36 of the FAR, with anticipated issue date on "or" before May 3, 2011 and proposed due date of June 4, 2011. This requirement is a competitive offer, Set Aside 100% for SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS (SDVOSB), under Public Law 109-461 (38 USC 8127). The applicable NAISC code is 221330, $12.5 Mil. COST RANGE: $1,000,000.00 - $5,000,000.00
