- Statement of Work (30MAR11) Past Performance Questionnaire This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information in this notice. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This notice is being posted as a Request for Quotations for Solicitation FA2550-11-T-2001. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-50. This solicitation has no set-aside restrictions. The NAICS code for the requirement is 511140. The size standard for this NAICS code is 500 Employees. CLIN 0001: Publication of Schriever AFB Base Guide in accordance with all information contained within attached Statement of Work (SOW) dated 30 MAR 2011. The following factors shall be used to evaluate quotes and are of equal importance: technical capability and past performance. Offer/quote should include a current sample work (published within last 365 days) that will not be returned, which will be used to evaluate technical capability. Sample shall be similar in size, volume, and purpose as requested publication defined in SOW. Offerer shall provide the attached Past Performance Questionnaire (PPQ) to a minimum of (2) two current (or previous within 365 days) customer's (rater) to complete the PPQ. This rater will provide completed PPQ directly to 50CONS per instructions within PPQ. Past performance will be rated as exception, satisfactory or unsatisfactory. Award will be made to the offeror with the highest rated past performance deemed technically acceptable, see FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation Commercial Items (Jan 1999). Delivery, as listed in the Statement of Work, is due within 90 days after date of award. FOB point is Destination (Schriever AFB, CO 80912). Responding contractors shall include quotations and descriptive literature with their response to allow the government to make a complete evaluation and appraisal of the offering with respect to the requirements set forth in this combined synopsis/solicitation. This Request for Quotation incorporates the following provisions and clauses. Their full text may be accessed electronically at http://farsite.hill.af.mil/vffara.htm. Upon request, the Contracting Officer will make their full text available. Solicitation provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial (Jun 2008) are hereby incorporated by reference. By submission of a quote, the quoter acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the CCR database prior to award, and during performance of any contract resulting from this solicitation.
