- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. U.S. Army Dugway Proving Ground, Directorate of Contracting is contemplating the procurement of a Service Contract w/ the following CLINS: ACP Jaguar Vibration Test Platform Repair W911S6-11-T-0025 This requirement shall fund a base period and specify options for 2 additional periods. Base Period 1 Yr Option 1 = 1 Yr Option 2 = 1 Yr -0001 Qty = 1 The Government requests a non-personnel maintenance agreement for the 2560 ACP Jaguar with eighteen (18) channel input, serial number (S/N) 2560-1368. A maintenance agreement for the 2560 ACP Jaguar with eighteen (18) channel input, serial number (S/N) 2560-1368. Two preventative maintenance visits per year. Visits to include: complete system operational testing, peripheral maintenance diagnostic, cleaning, adjustments and replacement of defective parts as required, and system calibration to NIST traceable standards. All parts and labor necessary to restore the product to prescribed operational standards during covered remedial repairs or prescheduled preventative maintenance visits. Applicable field engineering changes installed to ensure optimum reliability and performance. These are to be installed during any covered remedial repair or prescheduled preventative maintenance visit(s). (e.g. installing updated software packages) Complete coverage of travel and per diem expenses incurred during prescheduled preventative maintenance visits in accordance with the Joint Travel Regulation or the contractor's established travel/per diem policy. Return shipping when a decision is made to send item to maintenance facility for repair. Software support for System Software: Random, Sine, Classical Shock, Shock Synthesis, Mixed Mode, Advanced Data Conversion and Plots. (e.g. addressing installed software issues and problems.) -0002 Qty = 1 A maintenance agreement for 2550 ASCP S/N 7153, with eight (8) channel input. Visits to include: complete system operational testing, peripheral maintenance diagnostic, cleaning, adjustments and replacement of defective parts as required.
