- The Mission & Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Directorate of Contracting (DOC), West Point, NY intends to award on a sole-source basis to extend the existing purchase order, W911SD10P0274 for one year effective 1 June 2011, with Signal Mountain Associates, Inc., 608 SW D Ave., Suite 1, Lawton, OK 73501 to provide and implement corrective action plan related to internal and external assessment and findings related to recruiting and admissions data compiled. The total award amount is estimated to be $130,000. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, deemed to be available from the original source in the case of follow-on contracts. The applicable NAICS code is 541611. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation and a request for proposal will not be issued and no soliciation will be available. Interested parties may submit their capability statements in writing via email to the designated representative within 15 days of the date this notice is posted. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement, upon receipt of this notice, is solely at the discretion of the Government in accordance with FAR 13.106(b).
