Description

Statement of Work Contractor shall provide all required supervision, labor, materials and equipment for Temporary Industry Standard Broadcast Quality: Audio, Video and Lighting including Temporary Power requirements for the 2011 Coast Guard Academy Commencement Exercises located at the Coast Guard Academy, 15 Mohegan Ave, New London, CT 06340-4195. Commencement exercises will be held 1:00AM, May 18, 2011 outdoors. Contractor shall provide all temporary lighting, power and sound systems set up and support for the event. All equipment, supplies and workmanship shall meet or exceed applicable ANSI, UBC, OSHA, NEC and BOCA standards. Please submit a list of references and experience for this level of events with your bid. All personnel working with the contractor must have valid, non-expired, Governement issued identification for access to the base facilities. Please review the attached scope of work for further details. The POC for this event is CWO Charles Shaffer.
