- It has been determined to be in the best interest of the Government to issue Amendment 0001 to Solicitation No. W9127N-11-Q-0044. Amendment 0001 increases the mumnber of Patrol Days on Contracting Line Item Number 0001 FROM 18 Days TO 23 Days. This CLIN also includes the initial dissuasion flagging to dissuade Caspian Tern nesting. Amendment 0001 also adds CLIN 0002 to the Solicitation. CLIN 0002 is for additional Caspian Tern dissuasion flagging if additional nests are found. A total of SEVEN (7) additional dissuasion flagging jobs have been added as Optional Items to be exercised at the discretion of the Government. Offerors must price this CLIN per the job. Amendment 0001 also updates the Statement of Work to incorporate the changes to CLIN 0001 and the added CLIN 0002. Please read the Statement of Work for clarification. The closing date and time of Solicitation No. W9127N-11-Q-0044 HAS BEEN extended. The new closing date and time is Friday 22 April 2011 at 4:00 PM Pacific Standard Time. All other terms and conditions remained unchanged. Any requests for additional information or questions about this Solicitation or the Statement of Work MUST be submitted via e-mail. NO QUESTIONS ABOUT THIS SOLICITATIN OF STATEMENT OF WORK SAHLL BE ANSWERED VIA PHONE. Answers to any submitted questions shall be posted on Fed Biz Ops as an Amendment to this Solicitation.
