Transportation of spent carbon at an appropriate facility and reactivation or disposal of the spent carbon at an appropriate facility. This service requires a carbon equivalent to theWestates AquaCarb 1230C Coconut Shell-Based Granular Activated Carbon, which is not produced in the United States. SLAC is seeking an equivalent carbon that is produced domestically.
