- THE DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS WANTS TO LEASE SPACE The Department of Veterans Affairs desires to lease sufficient rentable square footage to yield 9400 to 9995 usable square feet in CLEVELAND, OH, in proximity to the Wade Park VAMC, for use as Medical Space. The space must be on no more than one (1) floor and can be provided by new construction or modification of existing space. On-site parking for a minimum of 50 vehicles is required. A lease for up to five (5) years with possible option years will be considered. Space within or fronting on the following boundaries will be considered: North - Superior Ave South - Carnegie Ave East - Euclid to East Blvd to E 115th St. West - E. 79th St. A market survey of properties offered for lease will be conducted by the VA.
