Parking Spaces (Reserved): [......] Full Term:10 Firm Term:5 Option Term:[......] Additional Requirements:•Provide turnkey, all design services, materials, labor, permitting, inspections, procurement, management & oversight to complete an office space. •Space should be above first floor of building. Space will house two employees in two workstations (190 USF per employee including filing space). •Access: The Government shall have access to the leased space at all times without additional payment, including the use, during other than normal hours, of necessary services and utilities such as elevators, toilets, lights, and electric power. •Primary office hours will be from 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM. •Cleaning Services: Must be provided after hours Monday - Friday. Cleaning shall be performed after tenant working hours. •Location Amenities: A variety of inexpensive and moderately priced fast food or eat-in restaurants shall be located within the immediate vicinity of the building, but generally not exceeding a walkable 1/2 mile. •Parking should be available within three walkable blocks for employees to purchase. •Office space will also house a copier/fax machine outside of the cubicles in addition to an area reserved for filing cabinets and bookshelves. •Building standards will suffice for all other specifications unless city code or GSA standard is higher than building standard. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced.
