Description

Dorthy Mendez Family Care Center, Belize City, Belize The project consists of new construction of a Two -Story Family Care Building. New building construction includes: site preparation, foundation, slab, and walls for a 21x33 sq ft building. It also includes provision and installation of the roof, drop ceilings, doors, windows, electrical system, plumbing and sewer systems, cabinets, partition walls, wall and floor tiles, and paint. Contractor shall plaster and paint interior walls and paint the exterior of the building. Additional requirements may include the repair of an existing fence section approximately 20' in length and painting the exterior of the existing building adjacent to the new construction. Place of Performance: Belize City, Belize Contract award evaluation Information: The award will be based on Lowest Priced offeror considering past performance. Magnitude: The estimated construction cost for this projects is between, $100,000.00 and $250,000 U.S. Dollars Construction Time: Will be available in the solicitation, estimated publish time of the solicitation is on or about 27 May 2011 Obtaining the solicitation: The solicitation, including the drawings and specifications, will be available for download from FebBiz Ops-website: http:www.fbo.gov. All notifications of changes to the solicitation shalle be made through the internet only. It is the contractor's responsibility to check for any posted changes.
