Description

This Indefinite-delivery, Indefinite-quantity subcontract is issued as a Contract Purchase Agreement (CPA) Supply Subcontract for the purchase of Gasoline, "Off-road only", Racing Grade 110 Octane, Leaded. This CPA Supply Subcontract is a fixed-price, requirements agreement under which authorized CONTRACTOR personnel shall issue Purchase Order Releases (PORs). If for some reason, the SUBCONTRACTOR cannot provide the item in the required time frame, the CONTRACTOR reserves the right to obtain it from another source. PORs shall be transmitted by authorized CONTRACTOR personnel. Authorization to make changes and/or cancel PORs shall be limited to the CONTRACTOR's personnel designated in writing or an NSTec Procurement Representative. The period of performance shall be three years from the date of award with an option to extend this subcontract for two additional years. The estimated annual usage is 2,500 gallons to be received bulk in 500 gallon lots.
