This notice of intent is not arequest for competitive proposals. However, all proposals receivedwithin forty-five days (thirty days if award is issued under an existingbasic ordering agreement) after date of publication of this synopsiswill be considered by the Government. A Determination by the Governmentnot to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to thisnotice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Informationreceived will normally be considered solely for the purpose ofdetermining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. IAW FAR5.207(c)(13)(ii), All responsible sources may submit a capabilitystatement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by theagency. Based on market research, the Government is using the policies containedin Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for thedescribed supplies or services. The solicitation will be available for download on the release date fromwww.fedbizops.gov. No telephone requests. Hardcopies of thesolicitation will not be sent from this office.
