- USCGC NARWHAL DS - Pricing Sheet USCGC NARWHAL DS Specification Rev-0 USCGC NARWHAL Combined synopsis-Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number HSCG80-11-Q-P45HB6 is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ). HSCG80-11-Q-P45HB6 and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-51. This requirement is being solicited as a Total Small Business Set-aside using Simplified Acquisition Procedures per FAR Subpart 13. The Small Business Size Standard for NAICS Code 336611 is 1000 employees. A Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order for the base items is anticipated. The acquisition is for DOCKSIDE repairs to the USCGC NARWHAL (WPB-87335). The place of performance will be at the cutter's homeport located in 1911 Bayside Drive, Corona Del Mar, CA 92692. The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, material, equipment and such other things as are necessary, except as otherwise specified, to perform dockside repairs and alterations to the vessel, in accordance with this solicitation and attached USCGC NARWHAL (87335) 87 Foot Coastal Patrol Boat Specification for Dockside Repairs 2011 dated March 29, 2011, Rev-0. The Period of Performance is Thirty-Two (32) calendar days beginning 14 June through 15 July 2011. Quotes may faxed to (510) 637-5877, or be sent via electronic mail to bernie.c.caguiat@uscg.mil. QUOTES ARE DUE NO LATER than May 20, 2011 at 1:00 pm P.S.T. The anticipated award date is on or about June 1, 2011, however it is subject to change.
