- Wage CLIN Adjustment Specification Request for Clarification Responsibility Questionnaire Schedule B (Schedule of Prices) Request for Proposal The purpose of this contract solicitation is to award a Nationwide Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity Contract for Tower Lighting Replacement at Various U.S. Coast Guard LORAN Station Facilities Nationwide Including Hawaii, Alaska, and Territories. Work includes: Providing all materials, labor, equipment and transportation required to accomplish work installing, replacing, or repairing lighting and all associated electronic control parts at LORAN Station Towers on an as-needed basis and (1) Verifying Notice to Airman (NOTAM) status and discrepancy with HARK Systems after receipt of a Delivery Order against the Multi-Year Contract from the U. S. Coast Guard; (2) Mobilize to the discrepant site(s) (Appendix to be provided), complete trouble shooting and repairs prior to the expiration of the original NOTAM; (3) Contact HARK Systems after repairs are complete to clear the existing NOTAM and demobilize from the site(s). The maintenance work for this contract will be executed through Task Orders provide to the contractor by the Contracting Officer. The task orders will provide scopes of work for each individual LORAN Tower that requires maintenance. Task Orders will range from $5,000 to $30,000; The Government contemplates awarding a contract for a base year with four option years.
