11-BPHC-006C NAICS CODE: 522110 Contracting office address: Dept. of Health and Human Services; Health Resources and Service Administration; Division of Procurement Management 5600 Fishers Lane Room A13-19 Rockville Md 20857. The Health and Resource Administration (HRSA) intends to issue a request for proposal (RFP) entitled Lender Coordinator for the Health Center Loan Guaranteed Program administered by the US Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Health Resource Administration Services (HRSA), and Bureau of Primary Health Care (PBHC). The HRSA/PBHC group is soliciting proposals from sources with the capability to perform work as a Lender Coordinator for the Health Center Loan Guarantee Program authorized by Title XVI of the PHS Act. The lender coordinator needs expertise from a lending/ business perspectives enable it to provide transaction management and to assist with the administration of the program. Specifically HRSA is seeking an entity that has a team of lending and transactions professional that can be dedicated to work with the Bureau of Primary Health Care (BPHC), its grantees as well as potential applicants and lenders. The entity sought shall have extensive experience with Federal credit programs; and experienced and expertise in working with underserved and vulnerable populations and communities, including health centers It is anticipated that a Time and Materiel Contract with a one year base plus two option years using NAICS CODE: 522110, will be awarded. The solicitation will be posted at this site on or about May 2 2011 with a estimated closing date on or about June 10 2011. It will be available at WWW.fbo.gov under HHS, Health Resources and Services Administration. It is the offerors responsibility to monitor the site for amendments to the solicitation.
