Oklahoma City Air Logistics Center (OC-ALC), Enterprise Acquisition (PKEA) will award a single contract. The Air Foce will acquire this requirement through and Air Force Source Selection. It is anticipated that the resultant contract will be a FAR Part 12, Firm Fixed Price Contract with a one year basic and two one year options. This is a TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE under NAICS Code 561210. The Line Item Description will be as follows: CLIN 0001 - POU Common Use Items CLIN 0002 - MSI Inventory Management CLIN 0003 - Data CLIN 0004 - Phase-In Required Delivery: FOB Destination - Tinker AFB OK The purpose of the contract is as follows: The Material Support Integrator shall maintain a comprehensive program for the 76 MXW inventory management systems to include common use items and POU cabinets. THe contracotr shall maintain day-to-day operations to include all labor, supervision, materials, tools equipment, PPE, interim storage, transportation and incidentals. All work shall be done IAW the DRAFT Performance Workstatement dated 10 Aug 10 attached to this notice. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Note: An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminsish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in teh evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.
