- Description
- Full Announcement for ONRBAA11-020 18 APR 2011 develop innovative techniques and technologies to deter the reverse engineering and exploitation of our military's critical technology in order to impede technology transfer and alteration of system capability and prevent the development of countermeasures to U.S. systems. The Office of Naval Research seeks proposals for efforts that will result in robust, long-lived, layered technologies capable of lengthy operation in unattended and un-powered environments. The proposed technologies shall have a very high probability of tamper detection, a very low probability of false alarm, be undetectable in the host system, and provide no indication when a tamper event has been detected. White papers and subsequent proposals should focus on only ONE of the research topics listed in the BAA.
