Description
To: Prospective Offerors Sources are being sought with the capability of manufacturing, repair of various spares and the provision of on the spot technical assistance for the AN/TSC-154 SMART-T. The Government plans to extend an existing contract for 3 years. It will be an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract commencing in 2012 for the manufacturing, repair of various spares and provision of on the spot technical assistance for the SMART-T system. A sample of some of the items are as follows: Circuit Card Assembly, NSN 5998-01-440-1310 Power Supply, NSN 6130-01-440-1314 Circuit Card Assembly, NSN 5998-01-486-4069 Circuit Card Assembly, NSN 5998-01-439-8392 Medium power Transmitter, NSN 7035-01-514-5099 Transceiver Assembly RF, NSN 5820-01-440-1861 Circuit Card Assembly, NSN 5998-01-486-4073 Actuator Asssembly, NSN 2920-01-498-4625 A list of all the required spares as well as items for which repair will be required will be issued at the time of the solicitation. The Government does not own the drawings or technical information to any of the spares. All proposals shall provide evidence that the proposed manufactured and repaired spares will work in the SMART-T system, and the proposed personnel are capable of providing on the spot technical assistance for the SMART-T system. Unique Identification will be required for specified spares. All proposals shall include a plan to mitigate obsolescence. All proposals received will be evaluated.
