- Sources Sought Notification This sources sought notification is issued for information and planning purposes only. This announcement is not a Request for Proposals (RFP) and does not commit the Government to solicit or award a contract now or in the future. No solicitation is available at this time. The purpose of this notice is to conduct market research and to invite potential sources to submit detailed capability statements for the work described in this announcement. Background: The Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Office of Acquisition Management Information Technology Commodities (OAQ/ITC), Washington, DC, has a requirement for the following Pen-Link products: 1,000 user licenses of Pen-Link Professional Edition software, 100 user licenses of Pen-Link Intercept Edition software, 100 user licenses of Pen-Proxy Client software modules for Pen-Link 8 Intercept, 1 license of Pen-Proxy Server software, 15 licenses of Pen-Link Lincoln Administrator server software, 20 user licenses of Pen-Link X-Net IP Intercept client software with the Decoding Library, 1 license of Pen-Link X-Net IP Database Server software, 2 licenses of Pen-Link License Management server software, 10 Pen-Link 2-day Training Classes for 15 students at ICE location, 4 Pen-Link 2-day Training Classes for 24 students at ICE location, and 1 license of Pen-Link ISG-Link software. The NAICS code for this requirement is 511210 with a size standard of $25 million dollars. The period of performance is a base year (July 1, 2011 through June 30, 2012) and four (4) one year options. Interested small business concerns may identify their capabilities in writing by responding to this notice by 4:30 PM EDT on April 21, 2011 to Ms. Christie L. Harris, Christie.L.Harris@dhs.gov. All capability information must be in writing and provide clear, concise documentation indicating bona fide capabilities to provide the services required. Capability statements shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. Verbal responses shall not be considered. All questions concerning this notice shall be sent to Ms. Christie Harris at Christie.L.Harris@dhs.gov no later than 8:00 AM EDT on April 20, 2011.
