Description

The Naval Air Systems Command intends to negotiate a sole source award under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-09-G-0005 with Lockheed Martin Mission System and Sensors (LMMS2), Owego, New York. The anticipated modification will task the Contractor to develop an Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) for the MH-60R AN/AQS-22 Reel and Cable Tension Adapter. This non-recurring engineering effort will provide a mission kit concept to include changes to the Interface Control Documents (ICD) and drawings for the aircraft. The resulting ECP will allow the installation of the RCTA as an authorized configuration when the ALFS Transducer Assembly is not installed on the ALFS system. Additional materials in the form of Logistic Management Information (LMI) summaries and revised technical manuals are included in this action. LMMS2 is the only contractor with the necessary data and capability to perform this effort for the MH-60R aircraft.
