- This is a modification to the synopsis entitled Protective Services NNH11367108Rwhich was posted on 04/08/2011. You are notified that the following changes are made: - Questions and answers regarding this synopsis will be posted within this amendment.- The approximate date for the release of the Request for Proposal has been revised to05/12/2011.Documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. Thesedocuments will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWWbrowser application. The Internet site, or URL, for the NASA/HQ Business Opportunitieshome page is http://prod.nais.nasa.gov/cgi-bin/eps/bizops.cgi?gr=D&pin=04 Offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation andany amendments. Potential offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy ofthe solicitation and amendments (if any).Below are the questions and answers pertaining to this synopsis:Questions 1: Who is the incumbent contractor, if any?Answer 1: The incumbent contractor is SecTek, Inc.Question 2: What is the approximate size of the new contract?Answer 2: Unfortunately we cannot provide this information. Question 3: If this is an existing contract, is it currently 8(a), hub zone, small, etc?Answer 3: The current contract was awarded under a GSA Schedule. Question 4: Is there any documentation that needs to be completed in order to have accessto a bidders library?Answer 4: The Bidders Library will be made available at the time the solicitation isreleased. Potential offerors will not have to provide documentation. Question 5: Is there any intent for a draft RFP to be released or just the final RFPthat is anticipated for release this week?Answer: 5: There is no intent for a draft Request for Proposal (RFP) to be released.
