Description

Please see the RFQ for product specifications, terms and conditions. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Divison (NAWCAD) Patuxent River, MD issues N00421-11-T-0196 as a solicitation. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole-source basis with TIMCO INC., under the authority of FAR Part 12 & 13, and FAR Part 6.302-1. This requirement is set-aside for small business. Offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DOD Contract; go to http://www.ccr.gov/vendor.cfm to register. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement or submit proposals. This is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all proposals received by the closing date of APRIL 25, 2011 at 4 PM may be considered by the Government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received may be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not pay for any information received.
