Description
U.S. GOVERNMENT SEEKS TO LEASE ABOUT 5,993 RSF OF OFFICE SPACE (YIELDING AT LEAST 5,211 ANSI/BOMA OFFICE AREA SQUARE FEET) IN THE DELINEATED AREA DESCRIBED BELOW. The space must meet requirements for fire-safety plus access for disabled persons in accordance with ADA and ABAAS guidelines, and have two (2) on-site parking spaces. Anticipated occupancy is January 1, 2012. LEASE TERM: Twelve (12) Years, Six (6) years firm term. DELINEATED AREA (Bounded as follows): Space to be located in Middlesex County, in the area defined as: North: Concord Road & Great Road (Routes 62 & 4) East: Bedford Road (Route 4) South: State Highway 2A & Massachusetts Avenue West: Old Bedford Road (Route 62) EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING NO LATER THAN MAY 2, 2011, AND SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: 1) Building name and address, and location of offered space in the building. 2) One-eighth inch scale drawing of space offered in CAD format. AutoCAD or compatible format is required. 3) The drawings shall clearly show all architectural features including columns. 4) ANSI/BOMA defined Office Area Square Feet. 5) Rentable Square Feet Offered. 6) Common Area Factor used to determine the Rentable Square Feet. 7) Number of parking spaces available on the premises. 8) Name, address, telephone number, and email address of individual to be contacted. Submission by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the ownership granting permission to make a general offering of space. In instances where the offeror is representing more than one property, the offeror is hereby notified that it may only participate in negotiations on behalf of one owner. AUTHORIZED CONTACTS: In no event shall the offeror enter into negotiations or discussions concerning the space to be leased with representatives of any Federal Agency other than the officers and employees of General Services Administration (GSA) or their authorized representative, if any.
