- References Statement of Work Solicitation, Clauses and Provisions This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, and FAR 13.5 as applicable, supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Rio Grande Valley Sector, U.S. Border Patrol, is requesting a firm-fixed price quotation for: Canon Copier Maintenance. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The request for quote number is HSBP1011Q0072. This requirement is solicited as a 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS, and only qualified offerors may submit bids. The North American Industrial Classification Systems (NAIC) associated with this requirement is 333315. One contract is anticipated to be awarded as a result of this request for quote, and will result in the issuance of a purchase order. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-51. Reference the attached Statement of Work and Solicitation Document HSBP1011Q0072 for buy requirements. Bid MUST be good for 30 calendar days after close of Buy. Shipping must be free on board (FOB) destination CONUS (Continental U.S.), which means that the seller must deliver the goods on its conveyance at the destination specified by the buyer, and the seller is responsible for the cost of shipping and risk of loss prior to actual delivery at the specified destination. Offeror must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database before an award can be made to them. If the offeror is not registered in the CCR, it may do so through the CCR website at http://www.ccr.gov. ORCA Requirement - Company must be registered on Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) before an award could be made to them. If company is not registered with ORCA, they may do so by going to ORCA web site at https://orca.bpn.gov/ The selected Offeror must comply with the solicitation provisions and clauses attached. Award Criteria - An award will be made to a responsive offeror (who submits all required submissions on time), whose past performance does not pose a risk to the Government, and whose offer is the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). An offer is technically acceptable if its technical capabilities conform to the Government's Statement of Work or listed specifications whichever is applicable to the buy. Vendors shall submit their bids on Standard Form 18, or a similar document such as an Excel spreadsheet, but it must include all the information requested on the Standard Form 18. Line 270 is excluded from this solicitation, and vendors should not bid on line item 270.
