Description
The US Government is seeking VSAT services to be provided in Afghanistan. The anticipate contract will be firm fixed price. It will be for one (1) base year to include a 45 day mobilization period and one (1) option year. US Secret clearances are required. Please review the attached solicitation (Statement of Work is included in the solicitation document) and respond in accordance with the requirements at 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items and 52.212-2 Evaluation - Commercial Items. Proposals shall be send electronically (e-mail), do not send zip-files; the Government E-mail Server will not accept them. Please include the solicitation number in the subject line of your email. If you need to send multiple e-mails to submit your proposal please clearly state in the subject line the number of e-mails (i.e. 1 of 2). All proposals must be received by 4:00 PM EST (dated on email when received at Bagram RCC) to be considered. Please do not call to confirm receipt, an email will be sent to you confirming the receipt of your proposal. Requirement: Bagram Regional Contracting Center (BRCC) has a requirement for Very Small Aperture Terminal Services. The services will be based out Bagram Air Field and will cover the Regional Command East - Afghanistan area of responsibility. The coverage area consists of the following provinces: Bamian, Ghazni, Kapisa, Khowst, Logar, Paktika and Parwan.
