Description

Contractor to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete Project 531-318, Miscellaneous HVAC and Plumbing Modification to Lab at VA Medical Center, 500 West Fort St., Boise Idaho in accordance with the plans and specifications. The estimated dollar value of construction is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. The NAICS code for this procurement is 238220, Plumbing, Heating and Air conditioning Contractors. Estimated solicitation issue date is on or about May 9th, 2011. This procurement is a total set aside for service disabled veteran-owned small businesses (SDVOSB). All business must be CVE certified. There will be a pre-bid walkthrough of the project and it is highly recommended that any contractor wishing to bid on this project attend the walk through. The pre-bid walk through time and location will be addressed in the solicitation. All solicitation packages, including drawings will be available to download from the website www.fedbizopps.gov. No hard copies of the solicitation will be provided. All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing via email to Pamela Pope, Contract Specialist, at pam.pope@va.gov.
