Description
Using ONLY Miradi Software, accomplish the following four tasks: 1. Initial Planning - Co-coordinating and participating in an initial planning discussion with key members of the FWS Climate Change Communications (CCC) Evaluation Team. 2. Outreach to Key Stakeholders - Co-coordinating and participating in a meeting to obtain/affirm FWS climate change communications goals and objectives with members of the FWS CCC Evaluation Team and representatives from the Office of the Science Advisor. 3. Develop Results Chains - Co-coordinating and facilitating up to four virtual meetings of the CCC Evaluation Team to introduce open standards/SHC framework; define and develop a shared understanding of the task and issues; select examples of CCC to be evaluated; introduce and facilitate use of results chains. The contractor will provide virtual meeting capability accessible to all participants. 4. Draft Study Design - Co-coordinating drafting of study design that will guide climate change communications evaluation and related activities during the following year. Only Miradi software is acceptable due to the fact that the US Fish and Wildlife Service already owns licenses for this particular brand. NO SUBSTITUTES WILL BE CONSIDERED AT ANY TIME. This is NOT a request for quotes. Also, please DO NOT contact this office with other offers as they will not be entertained. Estimated value through the life of the contract is less than $50,000.00 and is expected to last four to six months.
