Description

RFQ DOCUMENT Solicitation N00421-11-T-0194 is issued as a synopsis/request for quote. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a brand name sole source basis for the items listed (see attachment). Manufacturer must be Raytheon JPS Cummunications under the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1. This is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received by 05/02/2011 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not pay for any information received. Offerers must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DOD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at http://www.ccr.gov/vendor.cfm.Fascimile proposals are acceptable.
