Description

This is a combined synopsis/pre-solicitation notice for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-23 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. DPAS Rating is DO-C9D. The North American Industrial Classification System codes are 238290 and the business size standard is NTE 6.5 million. Required Item and Descriptions are as follows. ITEM NO 0009 Electric Combination Oven (Cleveland Conveoherm Combi Oven Steamer, OES20.20 Refrigerator or equivalent (QTY2) ITEM NO 0011 Electric Floor Kettle (Groen, DEE/4-40 or equivalent) (QTY1) ITEM NO0012 Pizza Cold Press (Manual Cold Press DM-18NH or Equivalent) (QTY10) TO BE CONSIDERED, OFFERORS MUST SUBMIT ALL THE REQUIRED INFORMATION/DOCUMENTATION SPECIFIED IN ADDENDUM TO FAR 52.212-1, INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFEROR BY 27 APR 2011 (1400 JAPAN TIME) The Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition.
