Description

The US Fish and Wildlife Service, Little Pend Oreille National Wildlife Refuge located in Colville, Washington has a requirement for a contractor to furnish and apply herbicide to refuge lands. Herbicide application will be from May through September of each year. Award will be for a base year plus four (4) option years. The Applicator must have a Washington State Department of Agriculture (WSDA) certification (licensing) and must be governed by the Washington Pesticide Control Act (RCW 15.58) and the Washington Pesticide Application Act (RCW 17.21).
