BeadChip to be capable of targeting between 3,072 and 90,000 attempted beadtypes corresponding to pre-selected loci. Minimum BeadType Success Rate to be greater than 80%. The BeadType Success Rate is the proportion of the total number of attempted assays present on the final product. Price to include BeadChips and reagents required for processing. Note: Kits are for 46 x 96 = 4416 wheat samples, 9,000 beadtypes that can be interrogated simultaneously in a single sample assay, and 96 samples can be assayed at the same time. These 9000 beadtypes have to match to wheat specifically.
